At our plugin store, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
We honor all refund requests within the first 7 days of purchase. We also provide a trial period for all of our products, so you can try them out risk-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date to request a refund.
Please note that we cannot offer a full refund for purchases made more than 7 days ago. We also cannot provide refunds for purchases made using gift cards.
We do not offer exchanges.
